Updated: Apr 1, 2021

What is chaga (Inonotus obliquus):

- Type of mushroom which grows in very cold climates (northern Europe, Siberia, North America) on white birch trees.

- Used for a very long time by many native people of these regions - Exceptional anti-oxidant properties

- In Chinese medicine, with their immense herbology knowledge, it is on the number 1 spot of beneficial for the human body. It balances your energy, prevents formation of tumors (in experiments with rats at Harvard), natural anti-coagulant, anti-cholesterol, etc.

- Easiest way to consume is to make tea: buy here, i know this source is valid (many fake chaga is sold) https://nordicgusto.fi/pakuri-c-22_23.html… -Couple of spoons of chaga in pan of water, boil slowly for 1 hour, filter and drink. You can keep adding water, heating it, boil 1 hour a week, and add new chaga when colour not very brown anymore.

- Excellent alternative for coffee and tea, without the negative effects of caffeine on the kidneys etc. -drink 6 days a week, 1 one day not. Is the case with most foods and substances, and fasting 1 day a week is healthy anyway
